When moving down the page, I would like the navigation style to change ala http://cssdeck.com/labs/setting-active-states-on-sticky-navigations-while-scrolling/
They use an underline but I’m going for a color change and/or bolding.

I think I kinda understand what you mean; you want the links in the sticky menu be highlighted depending on where you’ve scrolled?
That’s not really something that’s part of the plugin, I’m afraid. It’s possible to do with some custom coding for sure, but I would suggest to post it in a more generic forum, like here: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting
