I have the exact same problem, with the exception that even gmail, icloud or hotmail accounts don’t work.
CF7 was sending mail reliably, and suddenly it does not send.
Changes I made recently:
I updated some plugins.
I tried to implement “Mail 2”, and that’s when I discovered the problem.

I’ve got the same problem as Droisman: emails only arrive if I change the from-address to another address (like my gmail-address), instead of the regular address that is associated with the site.
The site is members-only, so I can’t give an url.
It took some time before I found out, but (in plugin Flamingo) I found emails from may 28 that I have not received in my mailbox, so I think the problem has appeared somewhere before that date.
Hope someone can help out on this issue.

@droisman – it’s likely your CF7 emails are being rejected as spam.
