• It caused CORS error when I tried to sync data to my woocommerce website. It was a huge pain to finally find that it was causing it as I wasn’t aware that it was installed and activated! That was the worst possible thing to do! We wasted too much time and work hours trying to find that it was the source of the problem, let alone the prices and quantities were outdated the whole time!

  • Hello @armanuniverse,

We appreciate the provided feedback, and I am sorry to hear about your negative experience and the issue you have encountered.

The AI Agent plugin was pre-installed as part of the WordPress 7.0 rollout to provide seamless access to the new AI functionality introduced with the update, without requiring any manual setup. Prior to the release, we sent email notifications to all of our WordPress customers outlining the upcoming changes, including the plugin installation, and provided an opt-out option for those who preferred not to have it installed.

As for the issue at hand, we will be happy to review this further as so far we haven’t received any reports for CORS-related errors as a result of the plugin installation. If you would like us to review this further and check if the issue can be resolved without removing the plugin, then please contact our Support Team directly.

If you do not intend to use the AI functionality, the plugin can be safely deactivated or removed. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the rollout process, as it helps us evaluate how future feature deployments can be communicated and implemented more effectively.

    Kind Regards,
    Preslav Kenanov
