Caption area image no longer showing

Hello RavanH,

Only noticed today that a caption area that should be showing a sample banner size is no longer showing. I am using your current update. Can you tell me which setting I need to update in your plugin.

Example:
http://creationsbyrichie.com/banner-sizes/728×90-banner-ad-size/

Where it now says ‘Click = Full Size 728×90’ it normally show the example of that banner size first as a thumbnail then full size when clicked.
