Captcha showing after sign up button

Hi

I am trying to build a pop up form for newsletter subscribers . The form has email address and name, followed by a ‘click to subscribe’ button. However when I implement recaptcha the button for recaptcha goes after the ‘click to subscribe’ Ive gone to Emails- Opt-in Form Fields- Configure the fields you want to be displayed in the opt-in form – but I cannot seem to drag the recatcha field above the submission button. I would like the form to show in this order:
Email address
Name
ReCatcha
Click to Subscribe
Is this possible?
