Fluent Support Captcha is mainly applied to the customer portal login and signup forms. So if you are checking the ticket creation page while already logged in, the Captcha may not appear there.
Please check the following:
- Make sure both Site Key and Secret Key are added correctly.
- Confirm Captcha is enabled for the correct form, such as Login Form or Signup Form.
- If you are using reCAPTCHA v3, it may not show a visible checkbox. It usually works invisibly and may only show the small Google reCAPTCHA badge.
- If you are using reCAPTCHA v2, then the visible checkbox should appear on the enabled login/signup form.
- Please test from a logged-out/incognito browser window.
- Please also make sure the key domain matches your website domain.
- If it still does not appear, check whether any cache, optimization, or security plugin is blocking the Google reCAPTCHA script.
Also, the shared page URL http://issues does not look like a complete website URL. Please share the actual full page URL so we can check the exact page.
