Hello essaysnark,
Thanks for your return, but the issue there is that I need other capabilities that are already integrated within shop_manager role.
So, I would prefer to add the this role, the capability that enables to modify the membership level for each user.
Any idea which capability has to be used for that … or where can I find all capabilities managed by PMP ?

You’d have to add_cap all of the same caps the PMPro Manager has to the shop_manager role. You can see the caps in the pmpro membership manager plugin that essaysnark linked to.
If you post to our membership forums, we can whip up the exact code you would need. Let them know in the forums that I said we’d deliver the full code for this:
