Hi Ziwani,
To find what the issue is we would like you to answer few questions to direct us:
1) Would it be possible to know what version of the plugin you have? We would also like to know if you had this issue with prior versions.
2) Are the orders properly showing up in your database?
Regards,
This is happening on my site too. WordPress 4.3.1.
Plugin version 2.4.7
Did not have this issue on older versions.
Orders are showing in my database just fine.
Try it yourself here – http://www.videogameperfection.com/console-repairs-and-modifications/track-your-order/ I added a dummy order 0000 that shows up in my database just fine.
Hi Bucko,
If it was working for you in the previous version, we sugget you downgrade while we find a fix to the issue. This way you will not have any issues with customers.
Also, have you made any changes to the settings after the update? If so, would you be able to let us know what field you have changed. This way it will be easier for us to pinpoint the issue and recreate it.
Thank you very much,
Well, see, I haven’t used it in a while, and now I come back to it, it’s broken, so I don’t know which is the last version that worked. I haven’t made any changes to the settings, no.
Your latest update didn’t fix the problem.
Hi BuckoA51,
Could you try going into the Options page and set “No” in the Order E-mail confirmation? It might be the issue if you have it set as “Auto-entered” right now.
Let us know how it works out for you.
Best regards,
Changed that setting and it works! Thanks a bunch!
Glad it works!!! Do not hesitate to contact us again for more help. We will be glad to assist you 🙂
Best regards,
