Can’t send attachments

Hello,

I recently installed the Facebook Chat plug-in on my WordPress site but my users are unable to upload attachments when chatting through the plug-in. They get the error “This file couldn’t be uploaded. Please try again.” – Everything works fine when they move over to the normal Facebook Messenger Chat.

What could be the issue?
