This is most likely happening due to redirection or security plugins and/or htaccess rules on your site.
Can you check to see if you have any of those enabled and then disable them?

Hi there,
It looks like you can’t access the WP Admin. Jetpack never modifies the login URL for your site. As Bob said, it looks like it is custom modified or through a plugin.
From the history, it looks like you are using the WPS Hide Login plugin and that may be the source of the issue. Did you try to remove wps-hide-login folder from /plugins directory?
Since you don’t have access to WP Admin and if removing the wps-hide-login folder is not helping, then please contact your hosting provider, and they should be able to help you with this.
