Can’t see upload area

I’ve tried setting this plugin up but I cannot see the upload file area.
I have uploads turned on for the products, but I’m a bit lost on what ‘status’ i need. Is it possible to show the upload area within the Cart itself? I don’t know what ‘status’ a cart is…and I’ve checked off all the boxes but still don’t see it…

I’m building this on a local server, so I can’t link to the page, but just wondering if the latest updates broke it? Or am i missing something with the ‘status’ part?
