Can’t save settings

    Hello!

    Save settings doesn’t work. When clicked, the 3 dots appear on the button, but nothing. I cleared WP and browser cache as well.

    Hi Lucien,

    do you see any errors in the console or PHP error log? Are you running WP version 4.7 or higher? It’s a bit hard to debug this without knowing the actual error. The easiest way is that you ensure that you have the latest version of WP installed and then follow the steps here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/sticky-read-before-posting-%e2%9a%a0%ef%b8%8f/

    Thanks Blaz!

    I run WP 5.4.

    I found the culprit: Messenger Customer Chat (by facebook).

    So now the only way I can change the settings of the rating plugin is if I deactivate the chat, change what I want in your plugin and activate the chat back.
