There may be a conflict with some other plugin or the theme you are using. Whats the response you get on the console? Please share the site url so that I can check the issue.
I’m experiencing the same issue with the plugin not working. In my case, I’m using WP version 3.5.
Is that the issue? If so, are you planning to make it compatible with 3.5?

Apologies, I didn’t receive any notification about your response.
Unfortunately I’ve moved to another plugin so I won’t be able to demonstrate plugin’s behavior described above. However there was absolutely nothing on the console – not even one message (error or otherwise). URL is http://www.blekitnyswit.pl/ – Suffusion theme.

I have one problem with this Plugin, I can’t set in Home Page ?
If you are showing posts excerpts on home page, then it will not show up there. What you can do is add GetWtiLikePost() function inside your home page template file to show up the like/unlike buttons.

@woodmark, I checked your site and found that there is conflict with the theme. The jQuery does not load correctly on your site. You can refer to the screenshot here for the highlighted error on console. Due to this issue, the click event on the thumb icon does not work as expected.
As far as WordPress 3.5 is concerned, this plugin is working perfectly. Here is the demo site.
Have same problem but with a difference think. Plugin works fine for a few hours. After, when clicking any of them get only loading animation (loading wheel). Reinstalling or upgrading wordpress can help just for some hour. I try disabled all another plugins, but this not help. Not have more including jQuery scripts, just default wordpress <?php wp_enqueue_script( ‘comment-reply’ ); wp_head(); ?>. I think problem with this, but can`t find solution š
Now i try plugin with another themes, but still have conflict. Maybe problem with new wordpress version 3.5.1?
The demo site (url given above) is using wordpress 3.5.1 and the plugin is working fine. So I still wonder what may be wrong with your site. Also how can this work for few hours and stop working after that? Can you please share your site url? I may also need some more info about this.
