Yeah there is no logout link indeed. We’ll look into maybe adding one somewhere.

if the user posts his query and then he need to logout from it right?
Well, the users doesn’t have to logout, which is why we didn’t add a link for that, but I can understand the need to have this link in some cases.
now the ticket that had raised has not received in admin side but goes notification to user for raising the ticket but in admin no ticket had received why is it so?

I can’t answer this question with so little details. Can you please check which one of your agents is assigned to the ticket and make sure you login as this very agent.
