Can't get the link work well

I have a banner with the following code:
<span class=”kollektivum”>
<img src=”http://noiessegszivarvanya.hu/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/kollektivum-1.jpg&#8221; />
</span>

When i see the banner on the frontend
http://noiessegszivarvanya.hu/karacsonyfa-szimbolumai

the link goes http://noiessegszivarvanya.hu/kollektivum.hu
