    Hi @mrmocha

Thanks for reaching out. Nothing is wrong on your end, and the plugin is working as expected. The feed URL you used simply points to a publication that has no published posts yet.

Your client’s Substack account has two publications with very similar names:

    1. SMARTcurriculum Ltd at smartcurriculumnetwork.substack.com. This is the one your feed URL points to. It’s currently empty, which is why the feed loads but returns no items. You can confirm by opening https://smartcurriculumnetwork.substack.com/feed in a browser: it’s a valid feed with no entries.
    2. SMARTcurriculum Network at thesmartcurriculumnetwork.substack.com (note the “the” at the start). This is where the posts and podcast episodes actually live. The profile page on substack.com shows posts from both publications together, so the split is easy to miss.

If you update your feed source in Aggregator to use this URL instead, the posts will come through:

    https://thesmartcurriculumnetwork.substack.com/feed

I verified that this feed is live and contains all the recent episodes. Hope this helps, and let us know if anything else comes up!

    Hi @mrmocha

Glad that sorted it out! Since the feed is importing correctly now, we’ll go ahead and mark this topic as resolved.

If you have a spare moment, we’d really appreciate an honest review of the plugin here.
