Can’t enter Access Key

Hello,

I can’t enter the Access Key on that site.
I can see the error:

But there is no field to enter the access key.
I already deleted and reinstalled the plugin.

What can I do?

Please install the fix version of our Security plugin using this link:
https://github.com/CleanTalk/security-malware-firewall/releases/download/fix-version/security-malware-firewall.zip

Let us know if the issue persists afterward.

But the Malware Scan stops:
Internal server error.

Hello @datsyuk,

Please try adding the following line to the wp-config.php file:
define(‘SPBCT_FORCE_DIRECT_SECFW_UPDATE’, true);

Add it before the following line:
/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */

Save the file, then start a new Malware Scan and let us know the result.

The Malware Scanner started this time, but it stopped again with the same error. It managed to find and analyze 57 files before failing.

So unfortunately, the issue is still not resolved. Could you please help me identify what is causing the scan to stop? If you need any logs or additional information, I’ll be happy to provide them.

Please check to see if an error appears in the PHP log when the Scanner fails.
