This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Nineteen theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.
If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
Thanks, I reinstalled the WP. Is not working the editor. Maybe the server where is my site is not working!!!
I didn’t mention reinstalling WordPress though.

Thanks, I did it.
I deleted some plugins not activated and now it’s working. But I reinstalled the site because the host techinicians didn’t know what’s happens with the WP.
The deleted plugins, I never choosed, they appeared in the plugins list.
I thought that the problem was the PHP, Gutemberg editor or the plugins or maybe the new version of WP. I don’t know!!
But now it’s working.
