I have the same problem, I have paid for the premium download and the download link doesn’t seem to work. I have sent a request via the contact form a couple of days ago but I have not heard anything back.

@sastewart was this every resolved for you? Many times the automated password emails get sent to spam. I believe I chatted with you over email, but just wanted to confirm.
I actually took out a second subscription at a different level, as I needed the plug-in. As for the link it just didn’t seem to work for me and I could find another email, checked my spam folders..

Yeah the download link was broken for the one time download option. It’s fixed now!

I have problems contacting you – your old email seems to be not available, and contact form on the site is broken – shows “loading” icon forever.
I’m able to login to members section of the site (login is alexk )
but I can’t access download file for ‘pro’ version. Can you please help me?
