hello, cant deactivate the test mode…
in plugin its turned of and in stripe I’m in the normal mode.

what can I do?

Thank you for using Direct Stripe.

Could you describe what is going wrong when you have test mode disabled on the plugin ?

Stripe live and test mode are always available, it is the data you view on the dashboard that can be switched from/to.
