Cant Customize

    Hi

    I am facing some issues with the customization page. Few hours ago it was working just fine but now I cannot customize some settings anymore.
    It is now showing a “view pro features” button in which nothing happens when i click on it but the problem here is when i try to edit header, footer, colors, etc. it shows me a “general section options” thing only and not the options i had before so I could edit what i wanted. The theme was already at the latest version when it was working so i didnt change anything to make it stop working.

    What can I do?

    Both companion and the theme are updated to their latest versions in this site

    Sure, after reading your messsage i got in contact with hostgator and updated my php from 7.2 to 7.4 on both sites
    But i still have the same problem with the customizer

    I still have this error in the customize page :
    Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid of unexpected token
    customizer-controls.js?ver=1.8.3.4:1
    And apparently its only when im using blocksy theme

    Well that’s really really weird, this doesn’t happen on our end and we didn’t encountered such an issue before…

    Could you please take a screenshot of this error and send it to us, maybe we will be able to notice something that could help us to understand the problem better. Ideally we want to see where exactly the error comes from in the source code. A screenshot of the Sources tab after you’ve clicked on the file location from the error would do best: https://cln.sh/5415Ig. Please also make sure to pretty print the file before taking the screenshot.

    Also, please let us know what browser you are using to perform this test. Is that the latest version of Chrome in your screenshors?

    My browser is Cent Browser, version: 4.3.9.248 (Official Build) (32-bit) (Chromium 86.0.4240.198)
    *It also occurred with other browsers such as Brave Browser, version 1.26.74 Chromium: 91.0.4472.124 (Official Build) (64-bit) and DuckDuckGo(Mobile Browser), version: 5.87.0)
    **Both Cent and Brave seems to be uptodate

    I did what you told me however it was thousands of lines to give you only a single screenshot, so I took one screenshot of the first thing that appeared and I also copied the whole file to a notepad++ with .java extension. I tried to find something of different color (red) to pinpoint an error to give you a better screenshot but I ve never saw one.

    I am not sure if thats what you really wanted or needed, so if you need anything else just please tell me and I will try and do that

    I also did it for both browsers (cent and brave). I uploaded everything here
