Can’t close the chat

Hi everybody,

I installed the plugin, and before that I already tried to install the live chat via the code generated from the Settings of my Facebook’s Page, and I always get the same error: if you try to close the chat, it will re-open automatically but that wouldn’t be a huge problem. It becomes a major problem if you try to close it after you have clicked on Chat Now and started to type: it will re-open with half of the interface disappeared and it’s really bad.

I wondered what could it be, and infortunately I guess is something related to the theme and not to the plugin, but do you have any idea what could generate this conflict?
