Can’t access verification code – email not accessible

Hi Jetpack Support,
I’m trying to access my account, but I can’t complete the verification process because the code is being sent to an old or unknown email address ending in “.prod.phx3.secureserver.net.”
Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that email address and cannot retrieve the code.
Could you please help me recover access to my account or change the recovery email to one I can access? I can provide any information necessary to verify my identity and ownership of the account.
