    Deleted the plug in entirely but still get 500 error?

    Well thanks for the “support”, your plug-in has messed my site up beyond repair and not even a reply.

    I have the same problem:

    Via FTP I renamed the folder …/wp-content/plugins/jetpack into something else and now at least my site works.
    Will try to reinstall jetpack via FTP later…

    @gregds : can I have your site’s URL please?

    @griasdi: your site is using WordPress 3.5.1. Although Jetpack supports that WordPress version, any reason why you haven’t updated to 3.6 yet? Meanwhile, it looks like you have Jetpack activate and connected on your site, so I presume you solved your issue. What did you do, exactly?
