Cannot set Directory for Files

Hi Tom!

I am having trouble setting the general options for the FA.

So far, the base directory is public_html/filesmanagement
I´ve created that directory and put some example files via FTP.

But when I use the following shortcode:
[fileaway base="1" ]
nothing appears in the page.

Any clues what might be wrong?

P.D I´m using the Dalton Theme.
The popup of FA is always empty and doesn´t paste any shortcode.
(But that is another problem).
