Cannot select 'enable review'

I;m using the tour package theme on my website: http://www.kohsamuitour.net . It uses packages instead of pages or posts (even though i think it’s setup as a post). When I enter the shortcode, nothing happens. I need to be able to enable the WP customer reviews for the packages, but there is no option to do it.

Also, when I click screen options, it just doesn’t show up. What to do?
