Hi realpower,
When that option is enabled and you have no filters in place that remove products all should be fine.
Have you reprocessed your feed, cleared the cache and checked the feed again?
All the best
Eva
Yes I have manually refreshed the product feed, cleared the chache (WP Super Cache and browser cache), checked again and the problem persists.
I have one filter enabled in the product feed, the filter checks if the checkbox “Trovaprezzi” is checked (this is a custom field generated with the Advanced Custom Field plugin). All the products with that checkbox checked will be included in the feed, this shouldn’t automatically exclude the variable product right?
I have created a feed that exports to Google Shopping (for testing purpose) and I’ve noticed that in this feed are visible the variable products.
Could be a problem with the Trovaprezzi channel configuration?
Thank you
Hi,
Thanks for your explanation. The problem could, very well, be the ACF plugin. Our plugin is not supporting the custom attributes ACF creates. So when you then use one of those fields to set a filter than most likely that won’t work or will lead to unexpected results.
Just to be sure we just created a Trovapezzi feed including variations and that worked just fine so the problem most likely are the ACF fields in combination with the filter you created.

Hi,
I resolved the issue simply updating the plugin and refreshing the feed.
Probably there was a bug that has been resolved in a most recent version of the plugin.
Thank you for your quick support and the great work!
Great to hear you solved the issue at hand yourselves!
All the best
Eva
