    Please install and activate Polylang to run the import.

    Polylang has already been installed on this website. Impossible to run the import.

    i resintalled/deleted polylang, nothing helps

    Hello,
    This message is displayed when the plugin detects that languages have already been created with Polylang before attempting to run the WPML import. In this case, the plugin cannot run the import as it’s likely that a conflict will arise between existing Polylang data and data imported from WPML.
    I suggest that:
    1. You make a database backup.
    2. Run the Polylang uninstall process following these instructions: https://polylang.pro/documentation/support/faq/#how-to-uninstall-polylang
    3. Install and activate Polylang (skip the wizard install).
    4. Run the import again.
