Cannot remove link to a malicious website

    My website baxdesign.nl was hacked and after going back to a backup jetpack showed a link to referral site . I removed jetpack and cleaned a lot of files where malicious code was imported.
    That was now 14 days ago and sofar no hacking again.
    I see in website wimgbax.wordpress.com that jetpack is still connected to this malicious site called mono.declarebusinessgroup.ga/det.php
    I cannot remove this link I see the symbol , I clicked and get This site cannot be accessed. I’d like to fix this now
    If I click this

    https://wordpress.com/settings/disconnect-site?site=mono.declarebusinessgroup.ga%3A%3Adet.php and list of all my sites appear but nothing happens.
    Complicated problem, I hope you can help me.

    Could you clarify where you’re seeing that?

    I tried to explain this difficult situation in words.
    I made three screenshots, see links
    first screenshot
    second shot
    third screenshot

    When my site baxdesign.nl was hacked it made in jetpack this connection.
    I read that this link could be removed via my wordpres.com site.
    I followed the steps but as you can see in screenshot 3 it stops there.
    I don’t dare to add jetpack plugin to my baxdesign.nl website, I am afraid that I will be hacked again.

    Got it, so for this, please reach out directly to support, as they’ll need the request from an authenticated account. You can reach out here.

    You can simply say: “I can’t disconnect my account from mono.declarebusinessgroup.ga/det.php — could you please take care of that for me?”

    Support can handle it from there.

    Actually since your screenshots included sufficient proof of ownership, I was able to go ahead and remove that for you.
