    When I try to submit a ticket with an image in the allowed formats, the support agent cannot open the image. It just goes to a blank screen. Please advise.

    Hello:

    Please go to TICKETS->SETTINGS->ADVANCED and scroll down to the ATTACHMENT OVERRIDES section. There, you’ll see an option called DO NOT MASK ATTACHMENT LINKS. Please turn that on and save your changes.

    Then, try your upload again and see if your agent can view it.
