i can install other plugins just fine … its just jetpack

Also, the SSL error is possibly because your server is using an older version of openssl, as detailed in this thread:

However, the error you got is slightly different than what other users reported (“errno 104” vs “errno 0”), but it might be worth passing it along to your host in any case.
Lastly, you can try manually installing the plugin, by downloading the files and uploading it to your site via FTP.

I did manage to install this manually .. But facebook and twitter its not working … Cannot connect…

I will contact host about ssl ..

very weird … i dont have facebook or twitter connected … but posts are showing up on facebook and twitter …
if i hit the connect button i get
Something which should never happen, happened. Sorry about that. If you try again, maybe it will work. Error code: -32301
i can leave it like this … because it works … dont know for how long … but it works … :)) very weird … not connected … or at least not showing as connect to facebook/twitter.
also … for some reasons twitter post does not show any images … is this hows suppose to be ?

Yes, that’s normal. You need to validate your site through Twitter before you can show images:

and then
