After installing the Jetpack plugin, I tried to connect to my WP.com account, but I got the following error message (translated from Chinese, so exact wording may be different from English version):
“使用 Jetpack 你的網站需要公開訪問：”
(Translated: “To use Jetpack, your web site is required to be publicly accessible”)
Jetpack uses your site’s xmlrpc.php file to communicate with your site, so when we’re unable to access it, you’ll see that error.
Checking out your site, it looks like your server is blocking access or otherwise having some type of failure. Can you contact your hosting provider for assistance?
