Cannot Change Year

    Hi

    Since the last update, when clicking on the current date, the year cannot be changed on the month/year drop down. The month can be changed but not the year when clicking on the left and right arrows.

    Hope you can help.

    Hi @tristan083 Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

    Yes, it works as shown in your video but it used to be possible to advance or decrease the year by using the > and < buttons either side of the year on the dropdown date picker window. It works on IOS but not now on Windows Chrome or Edge browsers.

    I have just noticed that it does still work if clicking in front or behind the > and < arrows (but not on them).

    It seems that the click area is not quite right.

    I’m glad you brought this to our attention, I can see how this issue impacts your ability to change the year in your calendar’s month view.

    I’ve created an internal ticket TECTRIA-1595 to address this issue and I’ve included your specific use case in it to communicate it to our team.

    We prioritize bugs by taking into consideration the number of users impacted as well as how the bug impacts one’s ability to run an event/sell tickets. I don’t have a specific timeline as to when this issue will be resolved, but trust that our team is aware. Our team communicates updates and bug fixes in our newsletter and via our changelog.
