Cannot Add Media since WP4.0

    My site members can not Add Media to their posts.

    I have used the Role Capabilities Plugin to ensure they have the user permissions to add media, but the users get the error: An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.

    Can anyone provide a solution to this? Does the Pro Version Fix This?
