Cannot activate any plugins in problem handling mode!

    Hi,

    I activated the problem handling mode but if I try to activate any plugin in this mode I just get the note:

    Plugin-Aktionen, wie das Aktivieren und Deaktivieren sind im Problembehandlungsmodus nicht verfügbar.

    (translated: Plug-in actions such as activating and deactivating are not available in troubleshooting mode.)

    Any idea why I cannot check out which plugin does not work? Maybe any server setting?
