After signing up a member to a plan successfully, I am seeing the following error when trying to cancel the members subscription when trying to cancel the subscription through PMPro.

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Stripe_List::retrieve() in /nas/wp/www/mycustomwebsite/wp-content/plugins/paid-memberships-pro/classes/gateways/class.pmprogateway_stripe.php on line 379

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Shawn

A little more detail for you here, realized I was a little light above. I’m running the most recent version of PMPro I could get my hands on (just downloaded it 2 days ago), and am using Stripe for payments, and am running the most recent version of the Stripe API

I have verified that the subscription is created successfully in the stripe dashboard when being created or updated using PMPro’s out of the box pages. It’s just when I go to cancel the subscription using the out of the box cancel page that I get the error above.

Apologies if I left out anything else that is obviously relevant.

    Thanks,
    Shawn

Hi, Shawn. Thanks for the heads up. I’m going to be testing this on our dev setups. In a recent version of PMPro, we updated the version of the Stripe library included with the plugin. It’s possible there is an issue here.

I will let you know what we find or if we have any other questions that will help us sort this out for you and others who might be experiencing the same thing.

I want to cancel my membership but I have no idea how. I just got an email saying it was going to be upgraded automatically and I do not want that to happen. Help!!!!
