I am having same issue. I think its due to the change in facebook, they have change the way we access business account now. Before we were able to access facebook business acoount from our personal account but its no longer the case. Not sure if anything needs to be updated from the plugin.
Same problem and cannot disable Messenger either.

This message is likely due to a permissions setting, like @nepalionlinepasal mentioned. I’d be interested to see the settings within the plugin on your WooCommerce > Facebook admin page.
