• Resolved scriptbucks

    (@scriptbucks)

I posted the errors via Github too, but thought this may be better?

    Issue 1:
It is mandatory to provide a description for your issue.

Can not create support tickets. If a user tries to create a ticket, it will throw this error, even if the description is already entered.

    Issue 2:
The TinyMCE editor doesn’t work for tickets either. You can not edit your text with the TinyMCE editor.

    Issue 3:
The show password checkbox doesn’t actually show the password.

I’m also using EDD plugin with the Awesome Support plugin.

    Hi:

All of these sound like a conflict with an existing plugin or theme. So can we try the standard WP trouble-shooting sequence? Please make a backup first and then disable all other plugins besides Awesome Support. Then, switch your theme to one of the WP core themes (2015/16/17). Do the problems still appear?

If they still appear can you please double-check the version of PHP you’re using along with the WP version? PHP should be 5.6 or greater. WP should be 4.0 or later.

    Thanks very much!

Hi – its been a while since our last reply on this issue. Since we haven’t heard back from you we’ll assume this is resolved and so we’re closing this issue. If you need to reopen it just post a reply here or open a new thread.

    Thanks for using Awesome Support!
