Can it have default mode: always on.

    Way There are two
    1. After disallow, select the plug-ins that allow
    2. After allow, select the plug-ins that disallow

    I created a plug-in by selecting the No. 1
    For me, easy to use, easy to program.

    This part is still confusing for me. I am wanting to deactivate two plugins on the Homepage and the Contact page. Not sure how about doing that, as I would need it on all other pages.
