Skipping the optimization is not really an option…
What you can do is just exclude all tables from optimization.
Why would you want to skip the optimization in the first place?

Since these plug-ins are made to optimize a single database and I am using Multi-DB with 16 databases, I am afraid to use a plug-in to optimize the databases (using multiple databases is a pain in the neck, was a mistake and I am going to try to reverse it).
I found a plug-in that allowed me to not optimize the database. I used that and optimized the databases manually. However, that plug-in required me to go into each individual subsite to delete the post and page revisions. I would like to find a plug-in that would allow me to do that from the admin dashboard in Multisite. Will your plug-in allow that?

Hey Phil,
Yes, my plugin does remove revisions, trash, spam, etc. from all sites in a Multisite environment.
If you exclude all tables (in the main site settings page), all sites will be cleaned but the tables will NOT be optimized…
