  • Hi There,

I am also having an issue on a website i am working on. Im not to sure whats going on? It would be fixed temporarily, but then would revert back to not working again.

Any updates on how to resolve this? The calendar page is very important to this site.

Here is the url » http://womensbuilding.org/events/

Still no fix that I know of.

it sounds like we might all getting a similar error, maybe since a recent upgrade…

@jayxcamps, your site is getting 404 on:
http://womensbuilding.org/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/cache/ac778e37_ai1ec_parsed_css.css?ver=2.5.6 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

    I’m also seeing eg:
    /wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/cache/bf68b83e_ai1ec_parsed_css.css?ver=2.5.4 404 (Not Found)

On this site, I had W3 Total Cache enabled, so the first thing to do in this case is Performance, Empty All Caches. After this it works immediately.
So try this or the equivalent for whichever caching tool you are using – and don’t forget to post back here to let us know if it is fixed.

Jonathan, what are you saying about emptying cache we should do to fix the problem? Thanks!

Does anyone have a solution for this? My calendar looks terrible and completely inoperable.

No lasting fix that I know of. (Saving the calendar theme options will work for about an hour.)

@ Jonathan: Has the calendar worked permanently after clearing the cache on the plugin?

Likewise, I have not been able to figure out a permanent fix. Clearing out my CDN cache didn’t work. I have to save theme options on a daily basis. I believe the developer will have to offer a fix. I’d like to revert back to the previous version if possible until the fix is introduced. Can the developer provide me with link to download?

    Hi there,

is there any update on trying to get a permanent fix? The solution you provided above was only temporary. Is there a way to roll back to the previous plugin version before the most recent update?

I have other websites with this plugin and we have our clients update their own plugins automatically, I Would need to suggest to them to not update the plugin as it may cause issues for them as what i have on my current site: http://womensbuilding.org/events

The calendar is a vital part of our website and it brings in the most traffic for us, and not having it be presented/functionally correctly is a little frustrating.

I hope we can find a solution soon, because I do love using this plugin; we had no issues before until the most recent update.

    Thanks,

Looks like all previous versions of the plugin are available here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/developers/. I’m gong to attempt a revert to a previous version on a development site. I’ll let you know how it goes.

Is anyone looking in to this? I cannot go to theme options every couple of hours and update the theme options. Can someone from timely please respond to this thread?

I had the same problems with loading of the cached css file’s. The whole layout was mashed up.

    My solution so far:
I have downloaded the 2.4.1 version (because the problems began with 2.5.0 i think)

I just overwrite the 2.5.6 files with the 2.4.1 files with ftp and till now everyting seems to be working.

Thanks @rubenwijkhuise for testing this out. I didn’t experience problems until 2.5.6. Trying a revert to 2.5.5 first. Your method worked for me – no loss of data, which was my primary concern. I’ll report back if the problem persists.

I hope the developers of this app haven’t stopped supporting. I paid for numerous upgrades, and we’re using the calendar for essential business operations. I’ve evaluated many, many calendar apps, and this is by far the best.

I also hope they haven’t stoppen supporting too. I’m a free user for my scout group and this is indeed the best calendar plugin for us.

Is anyone alive? Does this company still exist? I’m getting extremely impatient. I’m close to having to just go with another calendar plugin. Does anyone recommend any that are like timely, but actually respond when technical problems arise?

    HI again,

I see that the admin has been answering other threads about other issues? is anyone going to give us an update as well? This thread has been open for two weeks and still no resolution.
