Hi,
If you have a paid license, you’ll have a quicker (and I guess better) support if you open a ticket on the vendor’s website: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/
If you’re using the free version…
Issues like this can be difficult to troubleshoot without having access to the site, and impossible to suggest a fix without knowing any context at all.
So, while you wait for the developers of the plugin to respond, here are some suggestions to help you troubleshoot the issue:
1) Make sure you’re running the latest version of your active theme and all installed plugins.
2) Temporarily switch to the default theme and check the site to see if the events appear. If they appear, you know the culprit now.
3) Deactivate all your plugins and then re-activate them one-by-one, checking your site for the problem after each reactivation.
If you don’t have a staging environment, you may want to use a plugin like Health Check or Plugin Detective which can let you perform these tests (and more!) without affecting the public site your visitors see.
Good luck!
