Cache a random post?

Hi, I now use the code

[display-posts category="groene-smoothies,ontbijt" orderby="rand" posts_per_page="2" image_size="thumbnail"]

That works like a charm to show 2 random posts from 2 categories in a post/page. Is there also the option to cache these results for 24 hours?
