    Hello!

    I installed this plug-in and I already set it up, however, it doesn’t seem to be showing up on the website. I thought it was maybe a matter of CSS, so I deleted all my custom CSS, deleted all cache, refreshed the website multiple times, and it’s still not showing.

    Hi @fyoong90,

    Can I confirm that you set the Chat plugin up by adding the WordPress plugin to your WP instance? I’m looking at the code, and it appears there are two div elements with the “fb-customerchat” class, but both are empty. This is very unusual, so I’m curious as to how you went about setting it up.

    Hello,

    I set it up as the plugin showed me, i wonder if the problem is that after i installed the plugin, i changed my website theme and also i set up the woocommerce store and it gave me the option to set my store as the front page, at firt i did approve the option but later i changed back to my original home page. I think that with this action it changed all my page configuration because i also can not navigate through my page menu when i open up my page on my phone,, it only works in my computer.

    Is there any way that you can help me with this problem?

    Hi @fyoong90,

    Thanks for confirming. Can I ask you to uninstall and re-install the plugin? It seems like your site has gone through a bunch of changes since the original install, so it might be worth running through the whole procedure again.

    You seem to have the plugin code installed twice for some reason. Did you install the WordPress plugin into your WordPress integration, or did you directly add the code? (or both?)

    I did it with both, first installed the plugin then with the woocommerce i installed it.

    Understood – this is likely the cause of the issue. Can you remove one of the plugin installations? Maybe deactivate it in Woocommerce?

    Having two instances of the Chat plugin installed on a single page will cause both to fail, so removing one of them should solve your issue.
