    They write of an excellent service assistema but .. I purchased the PRO version for a week but today , after ten email , I have not been able to use ! Mail and liveChat on their site , are long dead!

    I can not understand those who say that they have a good service , perhaps because they call them to the phone!

    I sincerely apologize for the delay/lack of communication you have received from us this past week though. We have been running under very thin capacity due to team members being on sick and study leave.
