A have a bunch of already existing events that I want to autopost to GMB. I added a check box to the event template. It does not autopost in bulk mode when using the bulk edit function in WordPress – I have to open every single event and save it so it gets posted.

    Hey @marcowegleiter,

That’s actually by design because bulk publishing posts on a single GBP listing in is risky and could get it suspended. The auto-post checkbox will only be checked by default on newly created WP posts (if you have the “Auto-post by default” setting enabled in the plugin settings).

Additionally, by default the plugin will only “listen” for posts that have been manually created through the WordPress editor. It will not trigger for posts that have been programmatically created through the REST API or in bulk through for example an import plugin. This is again to prevent users from (likely accidentally) spamming their GBP listing with a lot of posts within a short time frame. You can alter this behavior through Post to GMB > Settings > Auto-post settings > “Enabled request types”.
