• A lot of settings are missing and the support we get from CM is beyond bad. 3 days of emailing back and forth and the best idea they can come up with is to give them credentials to access our company website. Geee…. well thats not gonna happen in this lifetime. I dont recommed this plugin.

    Update: after 4 days of emailing back and forth I finally got the answer that the missing functions doesn’t come with the PRO-package but with the PRO+ package. You can easily be fooled by their webpage (https://www.cminds.com/store/tooltipglossary/#features) and think that all features comes with the PRO upgrade. IMO this is very similar to false advertising.
    A few days later the CM-team started contacting me by email, asking me to edit my review.
    Since they dont seem to stop bothering me I have now updated the review. Probably not to their liking though.

    We’re very sorry that your experience was bad, although we did our best to solve the problems and I don’t really think that’s our fault.

    Here are the facts:
    1) Support question came from different e-mail than the purchase (so we had no information about the purchase)
    2) The first response was 2h
    2a) 2/3 of the initial questions were answered immediately
    3) Other responses were within 24h each
    3a) All of our answers were very polite
    4) The (standard) question about credentials, was on the second day of correspondence
    5) The reason of the problem was found within 72h

    6a) Existance of many versions suggests difference in feature set (none of our previous customers got fooled before)
    7) We’re open to any pre-sale questions on chat/e-mail
    8) We’ve offered the option to upgrade to the higher version
    8a) We’ve offered the moneyback
    9) We didn’t get an example of any feature missing
    10) After solving the issue we’ve sent just two e-mails regarding the unfair review, on the day the review was posted

    We’ve really done a lot in this case which is simply the misreading of the product description.
