Bug with like button on URLs with query string.

    in version 1.3.1 there is still a bug which renders the like button useless and sets the count to 0 on any permalinked page with a query string in the url. this happens often with facebook tracking information from links shared on facebook.

    the bug lies on line 48 of ./social-plugins/social-plugins.php
    the line itself should be removed, as it prevents the proper behavior on permalink article pages.
