• hi, i notice the default email of wordpress and other email of other plugin are unformatted when activate Paid Memberships Pro;

    example a standard password recovery email of wordpress is like this (the text are formatted):

    Someone has requested a password reset for the following account:

    http://mydomain.net/

    Username: XXXX

    If this was a mistake, just ignore this email and nothing will happen.

    To reset your password, visit the following address:

    <http://mydoamin.net/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=xxxxxxxxxxxxx&login=xxxx>

    when activate Paid Memberships Pro, the email is like this(the text is compressed and unformatted):

    Someone has requested a password reset for the following account: http://mydomain.net// Username: XXXX If this was a mistake, just ignore this email and nothing will happen. To reset your password, visit the following address: http://mydomain.net/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=xxxxxxx&login=xxxxx

    i want use the template of Paid Memberships Pro for all email , for this i want use
    – email_header.html
    – email_footer.html

    on my theme, i tried with this 2 html file and without , in both cases do not solve the problem, and the option in email setting does not allow me to send all emails with Paid Memberships Pro template.

    how solve this ?

    thanks

    Hi there,

    I apologize for missing this thread.

    Are you still experiencing issues with this?

    Could you please disable all plugins except Paid Memberships Pro and see if the issue still occurs.
