The plugin has two options for the map dimensions. px and %. Percent is responsive. If you try to set the map height and width to a percentage value it does not work. This is a known issue as the plugin itself warns it may not work when both are set to a percentage.

The only option is to set the width to a percentage value and the height to a set pixel value. You can set the height to 300px and width to 100 percent for example and you will have a map that is roughly 300×300 on both the desktop and mobile device.

This is a problem for people who need a responsive map that works on a desktop and mobile device. The desktop map needs to be larger than 300×300.

You can set the map to 750px high and 100 percent wide and you will get a decent desktop map. However when you load the map on a mobile device the map is several pages tall and distorted because its set to a fixed pixel value.

Pixel are for non-repsonsive maps. This plugin forces the user to use pixel values which are not responsive.

This is being posted on this forum and not the developer site because of the lack of support and heavy moderation. It has taken several days just to get your post approved let alone a response. When support requests are posted here we get a response in about 24 hours.
